Basic Information:
Qiang Heng is currently an associate researcher in the School of Statistics and Data Science at Southeast University. He studied in the Department of Statistics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelorin Statistics. From 2019 to 2023, he pursued further studies at North Carolina State University, where he obtained a Ph.D. in Statistics. Between 2023 and 2024, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Department of Computational Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

His main research areas include optimization methods, applications of machine learning in biology, and statistical genetics.
