基本信息

张月蕾,必威betway西汉姆副研究员,2026毕业于南京大学,获得博士学位。研究方向为生物信息学、计算生物学及统计方法在生物医学数据中的交叉应用。围绕单细胞、空间组学及多模态数据分析中的关键统计学与计算问题,开展可解释、鲁棒、可迁移的空间组学分析方法研究。相关成果以第一作者发表于Science Advances, Cancer Research, Cell GenomicsBioinformatics 等权威期刊。


Yuelei Zhang is an Assistant Professor at the School of Statistics and Data Science, Southeast University. She received her Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University in 2026. Her research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, and the interdisciplinary application of statistical methods in biomedical data analysis. Focusing on key statistical and computational challenges in single-cell omics, spatial omics, and multimodal molecular data analysis, she has developed interpretable, robust, and transferable research frameworks for spatial omics. Her related work has been published as first-author articles in leading journals, including Science Advances, Cancer Research, Cell Genomics, and Bioinformatics.


研究领域

(1)生物信息学与计算生物学:面向组学与网络生物学,开发用于分析大规模生物数据的计算方法,重点关注时空组学中的注释、整合与新模式发现;

(2)数据科学(机器学习、深度学习与统计建模):致力于构建可解释、鲁棒的算法及深度学习模型,以揭示复杂数据中的潜在结构与因果关系。
